      Description

      Have you been going to the gym but you are not getting results you think you should be? Maybe you are going a few times a week but still aren’t happy with what you are seeing on the scales or in the mirror. Or perhaps you have just joined a gym and not sure the best things to do to get results?
      This can be disheartening and de-motivating. A lot of my private clients had gone through this, they would quit the gym for big chunks of time because they would get frustrated with their lack of progress.  With the Basic Package, you work with me 1-1 once a week to follow a program that I will  give you what you need to start turning your effort in to the results you’ve been chasing for so long.
