I am 54 years old and I started going to the gym last year because no exercise for the last 25 yrs, high blood pressure, bad back and arthritis in my knees something need to be done then I meet Chris told him I was a challenge. It took a few months for muscles to start working again and the correct ones to work for the right reason, lot of pains and aches but finally things started to improve. I then started to loss weight which then started to give me confidence in myself but also over time my health started to improved, blood pressure has come down, don’t take my inhalers any more, back pain gone and I am not getting any pains in my knees from the arthritis. I am feeling really great and as I continue with Chris I know things will continue to improve and my weight will continue to come off. I thought about training for a while and thought it might be good for me. I was already ok with going to the gym and my diet wasn’t too bad. I put it off for a while and a couple of my friends had training with Stuart. I procrastinated for a little bit and eventually got round to starting. The training was good and the diet info was helpful but the changes didn’t happen right away. I was already in ok shape so it was a bit of a struggle to do the level of exercise and diet I needed to for changes to start happening. Having Stuart continually nudging me to get to the gym and sending across my food diary every day helped to keep me on track to get me into the best shape I’ve been in for a long time. We also went through exercises and training plans I just wouldn’t have known about or been able to do without properly being shown how.
