Having a personal trainer is more than just having someone telling you what to do; we use our expert knowledge and years of experience to advise you on the best exercises to perform for your personal goals, dietary changes to help you get there and we are here to answer any questions you have.

During our sessions together we will of course go through the exercises you need to perform, but we will also observe how you perform them and offer advice on your technique and how you can make improvements. If the exercise is not right for you then we will offer alternatives.

We also offer advice for the aspects of body transformation that you may not consider; how mobility and stretching plays a role and how a positive mental attitude can make all the difference. We believe a personal trainer is more than a glorified exercise planner!

Many people think a personal trainer is just someone who writes a list of exercises and instructs their clients to do them, but there is much more than this.

As personal trainers we take a hollistic approach to designing a program for you to meet your goals; it is much more than just exercise alone.

Dietary Advice

They say approximately 75% of weight loss is all about the diet, so at Body Transformation we give you nutritional advice to help you reach your goals.

As well as providing guidance on how much you should eat for the three macros - Carbohydrates, Fats and Proteins - we offer advice on how you can most effectively track and manage this in a way that does not turn your diet into another daily chore.

We can also tailor your diet to your specific dietary requirements and preferences.

Monitoring Your Success

We are here to support you every step of the way; from the moment you sign up to when you reach your goals and beyond.

We advise clients on how they can track their own success but we also keep an eye on how you are doing in the gym and with your diet in order to provide advice on how to keep on track.

We use an app in the gym to record your workouts, but we also expect you to track your diet and share that information with us. We then use this data to make sure you are successfully working towards your goals.

We are just as keen to see you reach your goals as you are. A good personal trainer is one that cares about their client's results and we want to do all we can to help you reach your goals.
