I have been using the services of Rob and Chris for over 18 months now. I came across Rob’s profile on social media and liked what I saw. I’ve always been a gym goer and I have used personal trainers in the past but working with these guys is different.
My knowledge of how to train has increased so much. I look back now and realise just how much of a plodder I was when I trained on my own. We set goals and we achieve them.

I've worked with Rob now on and off for about 5 years.
The original goal was fat loss and Rob helped me get very lean and in great shape!
Once I was lean and happy we gradually began a muscle gain phase. Again with great success.

A few months ago (in typical me fashion) I decided I wanted a new challenge and changed things completely with my training by entering an Ironman event.
The focus now is performance. Again Rob has been invaluable with his support and knowledge and I have no doubt will be a big part of me completing the Ironman man in a few months time.
