Clients often worry about having to spend hours in the gym per day but the truth is you just need to be focused and consistent and you can achieve your Body Transformation goals.

What We Expect From You

We are here every step of the way to help and encourage you, but we are also need you to engage with the Body Transformation process.

We have trained many clients who hoped that simply turning up to some sessions is enough but it takes more than that. You need to commit time and energy into it.

We know that it can be daunting and there will be times you struggle, but if you approach it with a can do attitude you will notice results.

Time Needed For Success

Unfortunately the ‘get fit quick‘ diets you see in magazines and on social media do not tell you the whole truth. You may be able to shed weight quickly, but those diets are not designed for long-term results.

If you exercise a lot and eat only a little you may well burn calories at a quicker rate, but our experience has shown that clients soon end up gaining the weight back on once the quick diet is over.

This does not mean you can not lose weight quickly though, you just need to be realistic about your goals and we are here to help provide realistic timeframes for weight loss.

A calorie deficit of 500 calories per day is recommended for effective and safe weight loss.

This kind of steady and consistent weight loss works out better in the long term and it is how our clients are able to lose up to 28lbs in 90 days.

To some people 90 days may sound like a lot but 90 days ago was Monday, 19 February 2024. If you had started then you could have lost up to 28lbs by now!

There is still time however. If you were to start today you could lose up to 28lbs by Saturday, 17 August 2024.

Positive Attitude

We find clients that approach their body transformation with a positive attitude are much more likely to see results.

We understand some days are going to be easier than others and when you start out it may seem like a daunting prospect but we are here to help and encourage you.

If you find yourself struggling with the exercises or diet we are here to talk to and offer advice and to remind you of how far you have come. Clients often struggle to see their own successes objectively but we will point out where you are doing well and how much you have achieved. You would be surprised how the little things can make you feel much better about your progress.
